Hi, We have terrible mobile signal. Lucky if we have 1 bar and frequently nothing. sometimes moves up to 2 bars and then disappears again.I live in BN6. Have spoken with EE and done all sorts of tests. Our mast is in our village about half a mile away and is below us. We have houses around us and when we did tests with EE the phones tended to link onto a mast at a town about 5 miles away in the opposite direction. I have tried without success to ask EE to speak with the mast providers but nothing happened. It’s been like this for years. Very disappointed. Moving on. We have recently changed to Sky as our Broadband and SIM card providers and there is no improvement in the signal strength. We changed because of financial benefits with the overall package including our Sky Q package. When 5g arrives will this boost the signal? Will your existing kit work with 5G when it arrives? If we try your kit and it does not do what is claimed will you take it back and refund our money? I cannot see Sky in your list of providers but it all comes out through BT anyway so, can I assume your kit works ok on Sky equipment? Can you provide more information about wiring in the indoor aerial as I don’t want cables shown everywhere etc. Await your response. Thanks, Steve
