Upon buying this device, installation was very simple than we expected and within a few minutes, everything was set up. However, we had a challenge with the cables and wished they were a bit longer.
When I got this device I was expecting to get maybe one or two extra bars - but no - FULL bars! I couldn't be happier.
This booster worked good. It increased my dBm by an average of -55. Helped my internet speed a lot. My only complaint is the indoor antenna is not very strong, you have to be within a foot to achieve maximum results.
Cell phone coverage in my area is quite poor. After purchasing this device, it wasn't consistent, and I talked to the company. I really loved their customer care because on hearing about the marginal coverage they offered to refund my money. People from areas with good coverage get to enjoy the service of this product so don't let my review cloud your judgment.
